Director of Events for Kemptville Pride, Melissa Button, says they’re planning for 2022 to be bigger and better than ever.
The events will be held June 11th and 12th, with several smaller gigs planned for the summer. On Saturday, June 11th they will have their first-ever Kemptville Pride Flotilla. Participants will dress up and bring whatever watercraft they can to Kemptville Creek. The Pride Parade itself will happen on Sunday, June 12th, which will go from Kemptville College to Riverside Park. A BBQ is planned to take place after the parade.

They also plan to have merchandise on their website, including pride flags, buttons and more. Button says to keep an eye on their social media, as many updates will be coming in the next few weeks. She says they will try to be everywhere this summer, and show that North Grenville and Kemptville is an inclusive place for all.
