Smiths Falls Police say an argument heard over an open 911 call led to an arrest. Just before 8:30am January 10th police received a 911 call in which a man and woman could be heard arguing and yelling. It was a suspected accidental pocket dial. The cell phone was tracked to a residence. Police say the man had been in the residence contrary to his Probation condition not to have any contact with the woman. The suspect fled out a back door when police arrived but was later arrested. A 22 year old Smiths Falls man was charged with Breach of Probation.
