Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addiction and Mental Health adds new member to Board of Directors

Brockville’s former Director of Finance has been hired by a local mental health support organization.

Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addiction and Mental Health, a Brockville-based organization dedicated to providing mental health services and counselling, has hired Mike Larocque to its Board of Directors.

Larocque was born and raised in Brockville. In addition to his work in the city, he has also served as the Chief Administrative Officer in both Augusta and Gananoque. He has also run his own accounting practice in the past.

“I have a desire to offer service to the community and have shown that throughout my career in public service,” Larocque says. “I believe in having a passion for something and then going for it. You’ll know when you have a real burning in your belly. If you care, you will achieve it.”

Larocque will be taking the place of board member Scott Coombs, who is now the Chief Financial Officer for Pembroke Regional Hospital.
