The movers and shakers of the local business community were in the spotlight at this morning’s Economic Development Appreciation Breakfast at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. Director of Planning and Development Forbes Symon provided a status update, saying 230 million dollars has been invested in local construction in the past 5 years. 500,000 square feet of office space has been developed and new business is on its way. Symon says North Grenville is looking for “ambassadors” ready to promote local economic development.
