Ottawa Police report finding a body in the Rideau River near Hog’s Back Falls Thursday afternoon. No confirmation yet whether it is missing 66-year-old man John Davies who hasn’t been seen since April 3rd. Davies’ vehicle was found earlier near Hog’s Back and police have been searching the area. Police and fire crews worked together to recover the body.
