North Dundas police have arrested a man who was an unwanted guest at a home on Maple Ridge Road on the weekend. Just before 1 in the morning on Saturday, December 27th, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP were called to the residence where a man had entered the home without invitation and proceeded to cause damage inside. Upon confrontation by an occupant, the suspect threatened to hit the man with a hammer. No one was hurt in the incident. Jason Servage of South Dundas was arrested and charged with
– Assault with a Weapon
– Mischief Under $5000; and
– Break and Enter
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on January 20, 2015.
