On Christmas Eve, while many of us were enjoying time with friends and family, the McKinnon family was saying goodbye to their young son. 14-year-old Cameron had been on life support since dying suddenly of an aneurysm. On December 24th, the family took him off life support and allowed his organs to be donated to others. As a result of their decision, eight other children will receive life-saving organ transplants. The McKinnon family has expenses piling up as a result of this difficult time.
