Grace Period Announced for Old North Grenville Bag Tags

The Municipality of North Grenville are excited to be showing off their new neon orange garbage bag tags, but they’ve also announced the grace period for using up old bag tags.

The old red tags can still be used on your garbage bags until the end of February. In addition, once February ends, if you have any remaining tags, you may exchange them at the Municipal Center for the equivalent value in new tags or cash.

Retailers will not be authorized to trade old tags, or provide refunds. These options will only be available at the Municipal Center once the provincial stay at home order has ended.
