When tickets went on sale for the visit of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre to Prescott, line-ups around the block, together with jammed phone lines and online sales meant that it didn’t take long for the two performances to sell out. The Globe to Globe tour sees the London company visit every single country in the world and their one and only Canadian stop on the 2 year world tour will be hosted by the increasingly successful St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival in Prescott.
