The Province of Ontario is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in a homicide cold case. 49-year old Debra Himmelman went missing on June 5th, 2004 after she went out for food in Smiths Falls. Her vehicle was returned home and her body was found 3 days later, just 600 metres from her home near a rail bed. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers or the OPP.
