The St. Mike’s boys basketball teams traveled to St Mary in Brockville yesterday. The Juniors put forth a spirited effort but lost 65 to 26. Emerson Sears led the Mustang scoring with 7 points. The Seniors Boys scored a 57 to 42 win over the Crusaders. Captains Craig Oliver and Jonah Holthus led the scoring with 16 and 15 points respectively. The highlight of the night was a Tom Weissflog thundering two-handed slam to put an end to a failed St Mary comeback in the fourth quarter. The Mustang Seniors Boys are back in Brockville this weekend for a tournament.
