A toddler who was seriously hurt when a large TV fell on him is now improving in hospital. There were two children in the home and the parents were asleep when the incident happened, at 8:30 Sunday morning. Ottawa Police are calling it an unfortunate accident. The boy was in and out of consciousness with a life threatening head injury and taken to hospital in serious condition, but he is now stable.
