Ottawa Police and the Ontario Ministry of Labour are investigating an industrial accident that took the life of a 45-year-old man on Monday. The incident happened on a construction site at the Bank of Canada at Bank and Sparks Street. The man suffered a severe injury and later died in hospital. The name of the deceased male is being withheld at this time at the request of the family.
