Gord Brown, Member of Parliament for Leeds-Grenville, applauds this weekend’s announcement of new and expanded mental health initiatives for Veterans, serving military members, and their families. Brown says, once put in place, the strategy will strengthen Canada’s world class treatment, care and research for Canadian Armed Forces members and Veterans and will include a satellite office in Brockville. The announcement was made Sunday, by The Honourable Julian Fantino, Minister of Veterans Affairs, and the Honourable Rob Nicholson, Minister of National Defence.
