CSE Consulting is hosting its fourth annual Spring Job Fair. The event is set for February 20 at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
Tracy McDonald, Employment Consultant & Job Developer, says people should come dressed to impress. She noted attendees should bring multiple copies of their resume and be prepared for on the spot interviews, including talking points about who they are and what skills they bring to the table.
McDonald explained the job fair is open to everyone, at no cost. She says the goal is to get as many job seekers out as possible.
CSE is also offering workshops, on February 13 and 19, to prepare for the job fair. To register, call 613-258-6576.
McDonald noted employers from a variety of sectors are taking part, including the health industry, trades and service industry. She explained that now is the time when employers are starting to plan for the spring rush.
CSE partnered with the Municipality of North Grenville and Chamber of Commerce to host the event. Registration is still open for employers looking to participate.
