The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking the public to help locate a federal offender. David English is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching his statutory release.
He is described as Caucasian, 55-years-old, 5’7”, 169 lbs, with balding grey hair, black eyes and wears glasses.
He has tattoos of a bird on the right side of his neck, barbed wire on his right wrist and several other tattoos on his forearms, abdomen, back, thighs, chest and upper arms. English is serving a four year and nine month sentence for three robbery charges.
