The Kemptville District Hospital (KDH) is adding to its team of physicians. Dr. Rimon Ghattas will be providing internal medicine services, including assessment and management of chest pain, atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease.Â
Dr. Ghattas comes to Kemptville from Hamilton Health Services, where he practised as an Internal Medicine Consultant at the Juravinski and West Lincoln Memorial Hospital sites.Â
He also taught as Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine.Â
The hospital’s Chief of Staff, Dr. Penny McGregor, says Dr. Ghattas will provide specialty support for all aspects of existing hospital services.Â
