$6,800 was raised in the Winchester Fire Hall during a pie auction yesterday evening. Many people showed up to bid on pies or buy a raffle ticket for one of the most valued pies, a 50 pound apple flavoured pie baked by Chef Tim Wasylko and the Prime Minister’s wife, Laureen Harper. that pie raised $600 dollars. The money will go towards fire equipment.
