The Winchester District Memorial Hospital Foundation is going through some big changes. Executive Director Troy Cross is making his departure, as is WDMH Foundation Board Chair Arnold Scheerder. The Foundation will be receiving support from the Hospital and Auxiliary through this transition, to make planning for the future easier.
