Grenville County OPP are at the scene of a vehicle collision on the 401 east of Johnstown. Shortly after midnight, officers were conducting a RIDE program in the Prescott area when a vehicle left the scene.
The OPP says the vehicle was observed on the 401 a short time later. The vehicle left the roadway and the adult driver (lone occupant) was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) was notified and has invoked its mandate. Detours remain in place at King Street and Edward Street in Prescott. Â
