An Ottawa man has been sentenced to five years in prison less time served, for sexual interference. 30-year-old Scott Stanley is a former Scouts Canada volunteer and City of Ottawa swim coach. Stanley pled guilty to 10 counts of sexual interference, three counts of luring and three of invitation to sexual touching in June. The victims were 12- to 15-year-old boys when the incidents happened, beginning in the summer of 2012.
