Next Wednesday, October 29th, a special meeting of North Grenville Municipal Council will be held to receive the Kemptville College Development Plan. McSweeney & Associates have been contracted to develop the plan and community partners have donated toward the expense of hiring the consultant to do the work. The finished plan will be submitted to provincial facilitator the Hon. Lyle Vanclief for inclusion in his report to the Minister.
