A 31-year-old New York man is facing charges of Careless Driving after the fatal bus crash that claimed three lives. The collision happened outside of Prescott on June 4.
A total of 34 people were injured and three died. The bus was filled with passengers visiting Canada from China.
The driver is scheduled to appear at Brockville Court on February 28. The OPP says the delay in making this information public is because of the notification process to all involved passengers who live in China.
