On October 10, 2014 Seaway Valley Crime Stoppers held its first annual “Fill Up with Crime Stoppers” event at the Winchester Service Center.Throughout the day, local Crime Stoppers Coordinator OPP Constable Tylor Copeland and OPP Community Services officer – Constable Theresa Lauzon (“LO-zahn”) pumped gas for the public and provided information about the Crime Stoppers program. The community generously donated $315 by day’s end. Similar events are planned across the United Counties.
