A 44-year-old Ottawa woman is facing sex assault charges following allegations of involvement with a 15-year-old boy. On Monday, the Ottawa Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged the woman, who was working as an Educational Assistant with the Ottawa Carleton District School Board in 2011 when the investigation began. Katherine Kitts is charged with Sexual assault, Sexual exploitation and Telecommunication with person under 18 for specific criminal offences. She is scheduled to appear in court today.
