A local tree farm will bring in dollars for the MS Society of Canada. Johnston Brothers Tree Farm outside of Heckston is hosting a Family Fun Day event.
It is set for Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Proceeds from tree sales will go to the charity.
Owner Kerry Johnston says there is a variety to choose from.
There will also be hot chocolate, a fundraising barbecue and draw for prizes. Horse drawn wagon rides run from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The MS Society will be on site with a display about its annual Cakes and Cookies Fundraiser.

Johnston says this is the first year the tree farm has hosted an event in support of MS. He says if 150 people come out to support the cause it would be fantastic.
