Ottawa Police report that Catherine Agulu-kic Otim was arrested Monday night in Ottawa. The woman had been wanted for the abduction of her 17-month-old son. The boy was returned to his father, and Ms. Otim appeared in court Tuesday morning. Ottawa Police are grateful to the media and public for their assistance in this matter.
