Summer Family Fun Days kicked off at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. The first event was held yesterday. Parks and Recreation Director Mark Guy says there’s something for everyone.

The Family Fun Days start at 10:00am every Thursday, with a movie, followed by skating at 12:00 noon. People are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch. The shows, featuring special guests, start at 2:00pm. The next event is set for July 12 and includes the Rockabilly Joe Show and The Incredibles movie. The following week is Don’t Play with Your Food and a screening of Ratatouille. Guy says people really like the Family Fun Days.

The cost is $8 for the show, skate and movie, or $5 for just the show and $2 for just the movie or skate. For the full schedule of Family Fun Days, click here. People can also pick up a pamphlet at the municipal centre.
