The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario has announced that four children have been diagnosed with Enterovirus D68 in Ottawa. The respiratory illness can cause fever, runny nose and cough, and in severe cases wheezing and serious difficulty breathing. It mainly affects children with asthma, and children under the age of 5.
