The 34th Annual Terry Fox Run happens in cities around the world on Sunday, September 14th. The run will be held in Kemptville at the old Fire Hall or Armoury on Reuben Street. This is a fundraising run that anyone can get involved in. There are 2k, 5k and 10k routes available, they are wheelchair accessible and you can walk, run, bike or skateboard. If you want to sign up, show up at 8am for registration. If you cannot participate but would still like to help out at this globally important, local event, organizers are still looking for volunteers. Last year over $12,500 was raised at the Kemptville Terry Fox Run, for cancer research.
