The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit has just launched a Sexual Health Twitter account.
The account will offer factual information on a variety of Sexual Health topics including (but not limited to):
· sexually transmitted infections
· genital piercings
· pregnancy
· relationships
· birth control; and
· consent
Information on Health Unit clinics and how to access services will also be provided.
The account will be monitored by a Public Health Nurse who will answer any questions or discuss any concerns via telephone or e-mail. Do not send any personal information by way of social media.
