Barb Tobin has put her name forward to run for her third term in North Grenville municipal council. As a Councillor, Tobin has worked with Parks, Culture and Recreation, the Library Board and the Chamber of Commerce. She sits on the Heritage Advisory Committee and also the Civic Awards Committee for Council. Tobin is a retired high school teacher. Her family has lived in North Grenville for 32 years. She is married to retired Ontario Provincial Police Officer Shawn Tobin and has two children. She currently is a private citizen member of the Beth Donovan Hospice Board and also a committee member of the Sports Hall of Fame organization.
