Leeds-Grenville MPP Steve Clark has released a statement ahead of Remembrance Day.

In the short clip Clark says the occasion is a solemn time when we take time to honour the sacrifice made by soldiers, sailors and pilots in exchange for the freedoms we have today. On behalf of everyone in Leeds and Grenville he extended his gratitude to the men and women who served, and still serve, in the armed forces.

He implored Canadians to never forget that our democracy is only possible because of a heavy price. Clark urged everyone to wear a poppy with pride and attended a service on November 11th.
