A suspect has been charged with last week’s bank robbery in Kemtpville.
Grenville County OPP, working in partnership with the Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit, have a man in custody they believe is responsible for the September 22nd incident. During the robbery a man wearing a disguise to cover his face entered the bank and fled the scene with money. Inside the money taken was a red dye pack which exploded on the suspect as they fled.
A 38-year-old man from Ottawa is facing charges of robbery, robbery with a disguise and breach of probation. He is being held in police custody. Anyone with more information about this case is asked to contact the Grenville County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
