Tonight’s Committee of the Whole will include the option to recommend to Council a zoning by-law amendment application off County Road 19. The area is about 120 metres north of the roundabout at County Road 43 and 19 on the West side of County Road 19. It would allow for a total of 116 residential and commercial units. The Committee will hear from the applicant followed by members of the public who wish to speak for against the proposal. That meeting begins at the Municipal Centre starting at 6:30pm.
