The schedule of events for North Grenville’s Canada 150 celebration has officially been announced.
Today organizers updated the North Grenville website to include a full list of festival attractions for both locations, Riverside Park in Kemptville and Maplewood Park in Oxford Mills. The Riverside Park event will feature a Family Zone with events including; Illusionist Kevin Smith, petting zoo, street curling, obstacle course, face painting and temporary tattoos to name a few.
There will also be live musical performances by many difference artists playing many different types of music. Some of the acts performing include Happy Crap playing celtic-folk, Phlat Black and Blue doing classic rock and Rosewood with easy listening but there will be many more.
North Grenville will be starting their Canada 150 Celebration with breakfast at the Royal Canadian Legion, followed by a flat raising ceremony at 10:30am.
