Ottawa Police have laid 181 charges against 42 year old Robert Campbell of Ottawa in relation to cyber bullying and harassment against 38 individuals across Canada, the United States and the UK. The eight month investigation called “Project Winter” included cooperation with the RCMP. He’s scheduled to appear in court today.
