More women have come forward in the criminal harrassment case of a 29-year-old man known online as ‘Scotty Toppers.’ Nicholas De Carlo already has 13 charges against him but police announced Friday, eight additional women have come forward with allegations of harassment. With a search warrant at De Carlo’s home on Briargate Private, near Innes and Trim roads, police seized two firearms and two air pistols, along with ammunition. They also found drugs, weigh scales, computer equipment, and tools used for break and enters. They believe there could be other victims, and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
