It was another beautiful day for the 2014 Carol Durie Memorial Golf Tournament. 148 golfers took part, with 180 for dinner and auction.
Cam’s famous lemonade stand raised over $1800 this year, bringing the 4 year total raised by Carol’s grandson to over $5800. This year’s event raised a little over $34,000 for the Kemptville District Hospital. In 4 years, they have raised over $ 215,000.
The organizers, a bunch of former students of Carol, give special thanks to all the volunteers for helping that day and of course to all who donated and helped make this year’s event another success.
