Two OPP members in the Alexandria satellite office of the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry detachment have been arrested and charged. 44 year old Constable Luanne MacDonald was charged with three counts of breach of trust by a public officer, obstruction of justice, voyeurism, distribution of voyeurism material, theft of telecommunication service and fraud. 41 year old Constable John Bernard was charged with two counts of breach of trust by public officer. The two will appear in court on September 3rd.
