A Brockville police officer has been arrested and charged with possession of prescription drugs for the purpose of trafficking. The unidentified officer was charged on Tuesday by the Ottawa Police Service, who carried out the investigation.
The officer has been suspended from duties with pay and is scheduled to appear in court in Ottawa on February 8th.
