Ottawa Police are asking witnesses to come forward after a man was shot. It happened just after 7pm Thursday night in the 100 block of Horsdal Private. When police arrived they found a man in his 20s with two gunshot wounds to his lower body. He was taken to the Civic and is currently in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. He refused to provide a statement and is not cooperating with investigators.
