Collision between car and baby stroller in Kemptville never happened

The collision between a car and a baby stroller never happened. The OPP says officers were initially told that a car had struck the stroller of a five-month-old infant on Clothier Street East near Benson Automotive on Tuesday, December 6th. Police have continued to investigate the incident and are now saying that the collision never took place.

The 24-year-old mother from Kemptville has been charged with public mischief. She’ll appear in Kemptville Court in February.
