Almost $5,000 was donated to the Kemptville Youth Centre by Canadian Tire Kemptville and the Jumpstart program. Local Owner Frank Hoffman, joined by Regional Manager Dustin Bursey, presented the cheque to staff, board members and youth at the centre last week.
KYC Program Coordinator Bridget Manahan says the money is used throughout the year for various programs.
Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities is a registered charity that’s dedicated to removing financial barriers so kids have the opportunity to take part in sports.
