Champions for Kids Foundation President Carole Dufort has stepped down. Dufort vacated the position yesterday. Vice Chair David Morrison will assume the role for now.
Dufort has been with the charity for close to a decade now. She’s helped organize events like the annual golf tournament.
Dufort is a former teacher, vice-principal and principal with the Upper Canada District School Board.
Dufort is also retiring as an education officer with the Ministry of Education in January.
