Arthur Lane murder case to be moved from Brockville to Ottawa in 2015

The Arthur Lane murder case is being moved from Brockville to Ottawa. Former Prescott Councillor Nancy Lane is being tried for the First Degree murder of her husband, which happened October 8, 2009. She was arrested in 2011 for the crime, when she was working as a nurse at the Brockville Mental Health Centre. With over 100 key witnesses in Brockville for this case, the Court felt there was too strong a chance of mistrial, so it will be heard in Ottawa in February, 2015.
