Parents from Eastern Ontario joined others from across the province at Queen’s Park to protest the possible closure of up to 600 schools.
MPP Steve Clark spoke at yesterday’s event. Clark says the process which prioritizes school closures over long-term solutions is flawed.
Twenty-nine schools could be closed within the Upper Canada District School Board including Oxford-on-Rideau Public School and Wolford Public School.
