St Michael Catholic High School held their annual Remembrance Day gathering on Friday. Part of the event took place in the trenches which is a full size model of what they would have looked like during war time. Hundreds of students, staff and community members took in the event. A wreath was laid in the centre of the trenches and students stood for a moment of silence after the Last Post was played. After the ceremony in the trenches, attendees moved to the cafeteria for the rest of the gathering.
