Spencerville’s Friends of the Library is hoping community supports Buck-a-Bag

The Spencerville Public Library’s Friends of the Library is hoping the community supports their Buck-a-Bag sale. The event, run four times per year, raises money by selling off discarded books and cds from the library. There’s usually more than 5,000 items in the sale. The Friends fo the Library says the money is expected to be used to fund a renovation to the main library room, creating a children’s room, and creating more comfortable seating for those that spend time at the library. The event will run Saturday, November 26th from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the library.
