Canadian Tire first sponsor for North Grenville Dog Park

The North Grenville Dog Park is getting a boost from Canadian Tire Kemptville. Store Owner Frank Hoffman says they’ve signed on as the founding sponsor of the park which is expected to be ready next Fall. North Grenville Dog Park Inc. President Carl Doucette says sponsorship money will help cover some of the costs the group faces in making the park a reality.

Doucette says there are many costs involved including fencing. Some of that money will also come from a dog calendar fundraiser and a night at the horse races at Rideau Carleton Raceway next year. Hoffman says the dog park is an important local initiative he’s glad to get behind.
